TrustPharmacy does not put a full stop to the purchase cycle once the order is placed. If we get to know that our consumers have not received their order due to any issues, we make it a point that we refund the entire amount back. This policy makes it apparent that we do not take a chance with our consumers.
However, this is only in case of the consumer not receiving the medication within 21 working days. The entire amount is credited back to your account to make up for your loss. Also we make it a point that we provide the shipment without charging you anything for the reshipment. This means we take the entire responsibility of providing you Reshipment.
This is however not possible in case of the consumer being faulty. This might happen in those instances where there is an invalid address mentioned by the consumer or the order is not cancelled within 24 hours.
To make our shipping policies perfect, we have added this special feature of refunding to our consumers so that there we offer 100 % gratification from our consumer's point of view.
